Certified Welders
GEM Fabrication uses only certified welders to fabricate your job. Our welders are certified to ASME Section 9 and API 1104. Have you ever asked to see a competitor's certification? Most competitors cannot fabricate for you in many situations like gas and power plants. Don't wait until after the pipe is hung to find out that you have to replace a system.
Pipe Support Fabrication
GEM Fabrication offers special pipe support systems fabricated right in house. Why pay high manufacturing costs when GEM can provide it cheaper. We also fabricate guardrails, bumper posts, catwalks, and ladders. These items are not special to GEM, but they are to a competitor and they must be out sourced and marked up "if" you can get them from a competitor.
Pipe Bending
GEM Fabrication offers pipe bending for those special applications. Our staff can help you determine exactly what is needed to get your pipe bent on purpose and not by accident. The cost is very reasonable.
Pipe Coating
GEM Fabrication is the only fabricator to offer powder coating finishes on sprinkler pipe. Our powder coated systems will impress your customers with the "new car finish" look. Its rock hard protection has been reported to eliminate touch up demands when handled properly and that saves big dollars in the field.
Submittal Sheets
GEM Fabrication provides cut sheets and submittal sheets upon request. Our customers also have access to all of these from the gemfab.com web site 24/7. Why spend valuable designer time calling, searching, and copying these documents? Get them from GEM fast and at no cost.
Taped Heads
GEM Fabrication will Teflon tape heads for only 25 cents per head, including the tape. Why pay someone fitter's wages to stand around and tape heads? Use this savings to get more pipe hung and on to the next job faster. Most competitors are afraid to offer this service.
